Suzanne Kunda, Broker/Owner

Suzanne Kunda desired to open an office after receiving her Real Estate License in 2004. Her background in marketing, management and human resources; property investment, and her love of homes, made her a perfect fit for the real estate industry.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University, and since has achieved the notable designations of:

  • Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
  • Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI)
  • Internet Professional (ePro)
  • Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR)
 

She was a 1993 graduate of Spring-Ford High School, raised in Montgomery County, making her very familiar with the area.

She currently resides in Barto, Washington Township, with her husband, Jamie Scheck, a school teacher at Spring-Ford High School; and their daughter, son and German Shepherd.

Jackie Smith

Jackie is an Accredited Seller Representative and has been working in the real estate industry since 2005. Her specialty is in horse properties but is very active representing clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and rental properties within Montgomery, Chester and Berks County.
Jackie was born and raised in Collegeville and graduated from Perkiomen Valley High School. Sh

She is married with 2 children and is very active in the community with New Hanover Lutheran Church, Upper Frederick Agricultural Advisory Committee, 4-H leader, PV and Tri-County Chamber, Cub Scout Leader, and is a member of Keystone Grange.

Eleanor Vallone

Eleanor has been performing commercial real estate leasing and management, and residential and investment real estate development and sales, since 1988.

Eleanor has worked with numerous organizations such as the County of Montgomery, Mack-Cali Real Estate, Rubenstein Company, L.P., Mid-Atlantic Communities (condominium and apartment management and development), just to name a few. She has accomplished many assignments like independently negotiating a ten year lease and orchestrating a complete rehab for the County’s 125,000 sq. ft. headquarters, and negotiating a landmark 300,000 sq. ft. lease for Keystone Mercy Health Plan at Airport Business Center.

Dorrie L. Klatt

Dorrie Klatt is a state certified appraiser and has been performing appraisals in the state of Pennsylvania since 1998. Additionally, she is FHA certified to perform HUD appraisals and also retains her real estate sales license.

Dorrie comes from a business oriented background and continues to attend seminars and appraisal courses staying current with changes within the appraisal industry. Her experience, along with the desire to provide you with the best possible service, has launched her successful career in real estate.

Aprille Weron

Aprille Weron is an enthusiastic new addition to the Freestyle Sales Staff. Aprille is looking forward to assisting clients throughout Montgomery, Bucks and Chester counties. Aprille specializes in assisting first-time homebuyers as she loves to help them navigate through the home buying process. “It is important to me to help homebuyers gain confidence in the market and to help them understand the process. I want to help them make a well-educated decision on the place they will call home.”
Aprille Weron lives in Worcester, PA. and graduated from Methacton High School. She attended Montgomery County Community College to study business. She is excited to be a part of Freestyle Real Estate and to help people find the perfect home.
